2019 Movie Title Survey Results

Thank you all for participating in the movie survey. And the winners are .... Lego Movie 2 (Rated PG); Mary Poppins Returns (Rated PG); and for the older kids... Spiderman (Rated PG 13). Please check back for more details of which movie will be playing when this summer. 
Pools Opens for Memorial Day Weekend!!!!

Just a reminder that the pool will open for the 2019 Season this Saturday, 5/25 at 10 am. The pool will be open Sat, Sun and Mon, then closed the rest of the week. It will re-open on Sat, 6/1 and Sun, 6/2, then be closed the rest of the week. The pool will open at 12:30 pm on Fri, 6/7 and remain open every day through the summer. 

 

As a further reminder, the pool rules are posted on signs affixed to the pool fence. Attached are a copy of the 2019 Pool Rules. The splash pad fixtures are extremely expensive and in an effort to avoid needless damage there will be no ball throwing of any kind permitted in the splash pad area.

 

Please remember that you will need your access card to gain entry into the pool. If you lost your access card you may purchase one from the Clubhouse Office during normal business hours only (Mon - Fri 10 am - 5 pm). The cost per card is $50, by check or money order only (no cash), made payable to Windsor Ridge HOA. The Clubhouse Office will be closed on Memorial Day.

CORRECTION - Curbside Yard Waste Collection

CORRECTION to last posting:

Please click this link to go to the Upper Uwchlan Township website yard waste collection page for more information. Place the bags/containers for collection in the same place you put your trash for collection. Those without alleys should be placed out front, those with alleys should place in the alley. The above link has the collection schedule showing which Wednesday's are collection days.

 

Please use the yard waste collections and do not throw your yard waste in the woods or common grounds!

Township and Police Offices Relocated for Renovations

Please click here to view the official notice of relocation for the Township's Administrative Office and Police Department. Their facilities will be undergoing renovations starting April 15, 2019 and are estimated to take 12-16 months for completion. The notice contains the new physical addresses and locations of these municipal services. Thank you.

Townhome Painting - Phase 3 Homes Only
Monday, April 29th to Friday, June 28th
2019 Townhome Painting Project will be for the Phase 3 homes only. Weather permitting this work will start on April 29th. The Office will reach out directly to those homes that are part of this year's project. See "announcements" section of this website for more information.
Summer Open Board Meeting
Monday, June 3rd, 7 PM at Clubhouse Ballroom
The Summer Open Board Meeting will be held on Monday, June 3rd at 7 pm in the clubhouse ballroom. These open meetings do not follow a set agenda. They are an opportunity for owners to hear updates about the community and to share ideas, suggestions and concerns for the community in general. The meeting will end at 8 pm or after the last attendee has had an opportunity to speak; whichever comes first. Please mark your calendars and we hope to see you all there.

SUBMIT ARCHITECTURAL (AND ANY OTHER) FORMS: You can drop them off at the management office located in the Clubhouse, or use the black mailbox located in the parking lot at Elmhurst and Prospect Hill (open pull handle door, there is a slot beneath the out-going mail shelf), or you can mail to the address below in "Management Company" box.
 
SUBMIT CLUBHOUSE LEASE AGREEMENT: (same as above)
 
SUBMIT DIRECT DEBIT FORM: Mail the original form along with either a voided check or deposit slip to Windsor Ridge c/o PENCO, PO Box 1119, Chadds Ford, PA 19317. Forms must be received by the 10th of the month for processing in time to start the next month.
 
MAKE PAYMENTS: Mail a check or money order to Windsor Ridge c/o PENCO, PO Box 66967, Phoenix, AZ 85082-6967. Please include your coupon slip with your payment or have your account number written on your payment. All payments are to be payable to Windsor Ridge, not PENCO. Cash is never accepted and payments are never to be given to the office located in the Clubhouse.
