Note to Non-Owners: Access to the full site is only granted to Owners. However, you can do 1 of 2 things: 1) contact the Owner and use their log in (if they permit) to access the full site OR 2) have the Owner edit their profile to set you up as the "Second Resident" on the profile so you can receive the email blasts. ~ Community Information ~
Windsor Ridge is a planned community consisting of 442 individual homes, roughly half townhomes and half detached homes.
Excellent amenities are included: Community Pool & Splash Pad; Clubhouse with Fitness Center, Ballroom, and Recreation Room; 2 Tennis Courts; Basketball Court; a large Playground and 5 Tot Lots; soccer and lacrosse fields; 40 acres of Open Space; and Walking Trails.  The community is also adjacent to Fellowship fields and near many parks, including Marsh Creek State Park.

Windsor Ridge is family friendly and kids go to award winning schools in the Downingtown School District.  Downingtown East is the High School.

The development is conveniently located off Route 100 and Route 401, minutes from the PA Turnpike.

Lost/Found Clubhouse Access Cards:  If you have LOST your Access Card, please report it to the Management Office right away. We will deactivate the card until it is located. When reporting, please let the manager know the number on the card that you still have, so the wrong card is not turned off. If you have FOUND an Access Card, chances are it has already (or will soon be) deactivated, so please just turn it in to the office. Some day you may need someone to turn your card in too. Let's be good neighbors!
